  • Ms. Wang advocates for healthy food as an effective tool in preventing chronic diseases, high-quality life function and gene expression optimization.
  • Ms. Wang was the former Chief Executive Officer of Barceló Hotels & Resorts Greater China in charge of establishing its brand distribution, team and office in asset-light model with focus on brand and services in China. Before that, she worked for years at Greater China’s headquarters of InterContinental Hotels Group earlier in her career. Ms. Wang had deal evaluation, development and investment footprints over 120 cities in Greater China and oversea footprints including US, Spain, Singapore, Thailand and Hong Kong (China).
  • Ms. Wang is a candidate for Master of Science in Nutritional Sciences at University of Texas at Austin with concentration in Biochemical & Functional Nutrition. She holds a Master of Management Degree in Hospitality from Cornell University with concentration in Real Estate Finance & Investment, a B.S. degree from Florida International University in Hospitality Management, double degrees in Economics and Management from Tianjin University of Commerce. She obtained her certification in Executive Program- Global Leadership from Harvard Business School. She also has a certification of ServSafe from the U.S.

  • He has published 3 SCI papers by first author in doctor research regarding storage time and temperature on toxic aldehydes and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in flavouring oil gravy as well as effects of natural antioxidants on inhibition of parent and oxygenated polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in Chinese fried bread youtiao.

  • Ms. Zhu is passionate about clinical nutrition and living leading a healthy lifestyle. She hopes to inspire more people to improve their health and knowledge of preventing chronic diseases through food. While keen on cooking, she is obsessed with putting more than three ingredients for each dish.
  • Ms. Zhu’s research area is focused on clinical nutrition, including the effect of protein quality on satiety and Precision Ketogenic Therapy (PKT) in inhibition of pediatric epilepsy. 
  • Ms. Zhu obtained a Master of Public Health in Biostatistics from The University of Florida, and her projects are about the association between food insecurity and chronic diseases.
